Former Chief Operating Officer of Robosoft and part of its founding team, Shylaja helped build an award winning Mobile Services Agency which was sold to TechnoPro of Japan for over $100m in 2021. Shylaja’s speciality was building multiple product teams which helped deliver award winning products for companies like Apple, Hewlett Packard, Viacom18, Microsoft Game Studios, National Geographic, Atari, Discovery, PayPay, Paytm and many more. She joined Robosoft as a Software Engineer and was instrumental in growing a 5 people team to 1000+ professionals. She oversaw over 50+ delivery teams and ensured timely delivery for world class products year after year. At Robosoft, she also headed HR, Recruitment and Legal functions.

Poornima comes with a decade of experience in International Taxation, Corporate Taxation and Expatriate Taxation at Ernst & Young (EY). She was on teams which handled multiple M&A structuring deals with a focus on tax aspects from various geographical locations such as US, UK, Singapore & Australia.
Poornima has deep India tax experience as well as wide-ranging knowledge of Indian tax transactions and practices in the areas of holding company/fund structures, financing structures, corporate re-organisation and tax due diligence in the TMT space. She has also been involved with authoring research papers, thought leadership, in addition to facilitating sessions at various tax events within EY.

Her diverse background includes impactful roles at Moody's Analytics and E&Y, where she excelled in transaction diligence and research. Shobana's forte lies in adeptly monitoring the entire deal life cycle, showcasing expertise in scouting and evaluating startups, structuring deals and effective portfolio management.
